A totally green concert-event, already sold-out for months: “What pushes me is a civic sense”
That of Elisa It is not just a concert, but a real manifesto. The live of June 18th in San Siroalready sold-out for months, will be a unique event of its kind and not only because it represents the debut of the singer-songwriter in a stadium. It will also be the first concert in Italy with a high musical impact and low environmental impact. A titanic company that, before her, had attempted only names of the caliber of Coldplay. But Elisa chose to do more: transform San Siro into a symbola stage where environmental sustainability is not only a stamp on the cards, but a concrete plan, scalable and repeatable in the future.

Elisa, Green concert, free and inter-contemporary
–
“The idea is to go on with a little consistency, starting from the things already done in recent years,” explains Elisa, talking about the project. The show will be powered by second generation Biofuel Hvoa solution that reduces emissions up to 70% and never before employed in a stadium like San Siro. To this are added other measures such as the guaranteed sustainable mobility thanks to the collaboration with the Municipality of Milan, the environmental monitoring entrusted to the University of Genoa, and the analysis of environmental data through artificial intelligence.
The public was also invited to bring a garment to be donatedin a joint action with the association Solidarity clothes.
Cesare Cremonini among the guests
–
On stage there will also be Cesare Cremonini. The show will be a Trip long almost three hours which will retrace the most important moments of Elisa’s career, but also the most intimate and less known, with minimalist arrangements and a band close to that of the origins. “I aimed at defining the beginning and except the drummer who was stolen from Cesare Cremonini we will be low, guitar, batteries and keyboards plus my four choristers”.
The artistic direction will focus everything on the interconnectiona concept also translated into highly treated visuals. “For 28 years I have been whistling songs and some songs have accumulated,” says Elisa. To then add: “When I die I hope they do not have a sequence of remix horrendous”.
Plantia – Sound Park
–
The legacy of the concert will be Plantia – Sound Park. Born from the collaboration between Elisa, the Municipality of Milan, the Cariplo Foundation, Fondazione di Community Milan and Music Innovation Hub, the project aims to redevelop an area of 40 thousand square meters in via Quarenghi, not far from the stadium. It is a former contaminated industrial quarry that, Thanks to the phyto-bion, it will become an urban forest. “We have chosen to create a wood but do not stop at the simple donation itself”, underlines the artist, “and therefore we will make a more collective action”. The park, inspired by the album Mother Earth’s Plantia of Mort Garson, will be the first in Milan where music will be spread among the plants to favor its growth. An ambitious idea, from estimated value around million euroswhich will be financed in part by public funds and partly by crowdfunding. “We need concrete actions. We can no longer wait,” says Elisa, “talking about sustainability today without acting, while some heads of government deny evidence, is irresponsible”.
Elisa in San Siro, single date and sold-out
