For the eleventh time, pole jumper Armand Duplantis from Sweden topped his own best value and set up a new world record.

Main-high vault dominator Armand Duplantis has improved his own world record again. The Olympic champion skipped 6.27 m at the All Star Perche Vault in the French Clermont-Ferrand on Friday and increased its previous record by one centimeter.

It is the total eleventh world record of the Swedish high -flyer. Duplantis, after winning the victory in the competition with 6.02 m, had the best mark on and skipped it in the first attempt.

In February 2020, the 25-year-old had secured the world record for the first time at 6.17 m and has repeatedly improved it by one centimeter since then. His last record-at that time it was 6.26 m, the 25-year-old set up at the Diamond League meeting in Poland in August 2024.
