Uncertainty regarding the election calendar continues before the general assembly with extraordinary elections in Fenerbahçe. While discussions continue in the club community about whether the congress planned to be held on June 6-7 will be postponed, Sadettin Saran, one of the presidential candidates, made a statement on the subject.
Speaking to TRT Spor, Saran stated that the exact decision regarding the election date will be announced on Monday and said, “The election date will be clear on Monday.” he said.
On the other hand, claims were raised that the congress could be postponed to a later date due to the Türkiye – North Macedonia match to be played in Kadıköy on June 1. Presidential candidates Aziz Yıldırım and Hakan Safi expressed their opinion that the election calendar should not be changed.
