Last year Alphonso Davies was the fastest player in the Bundesliga. This time a Frankfurter had her nose far ahead.

Jean-Mattéo Bahoya is the fastest player in the past Bundesliga season. The 20-year-old, who has been under contract with Eintracht Frankfurt since January 2024, reached a top speed of 37.16 km/h in March in the 3-1 of his team against VfL Bochum.

Bahoya broke a record. A player in the Bundesliga had never reached a higher speed before. The midfielder was also the first professional in the German Oberhaus to break through the magical brand of 37 km/h.

It was only last December that Sirlord Conteh broke the previous record. The wing player of 1st FC Heidenheim ran quickly against FC Bayern 36.82 km/h. That was not even enough for second place in the overall ranking. This goes to Loïs Openda from RB Leipzig. The attacker reached 36.86 km/h.

Last year Bayern star Alphonso Davies led the ranking together with the then Heidenheimer Erin Dinkci. Both were 36.41 km/h quickly. This year Davies landed ninth at 36.24 km/h. Dinkci, who is now playing at SC Freiburg, was in 32nd place with only 35.44 km/h.
