Trees (87) was last seen walking in Egmond aan Zee last night around 10.20 pm. She was then at the intersection of Sportlaan, Voorstraat and Egmonderstraatweg. It is not known where she went afterwards.
The very elderly woman has a light skin color, is slim and is 1.80 meters tall. She wears a red and black shirt, dark pants and brown shoes. She walks with some difficulty, the police say.
Everyone in the area around Egmond, Castricum, Heiloo and Bakkum is asked to look out for her, with the express request to also look in gardens and sheds.
It is not known under what circumstances the woman went missing.
