Eddie Bauer launches the ‘(Re)Adventure’ program and will in future offer a rental service and the resale of used products. The used pieces will be refurbished and sold at a reduced price, Eddie Bauer announced on Wednesday.
For the service, the US outdoor specialist is working with Arrive, a company that provides brands with the technology for resale and rental services in their own online shops.
“Arrive is an incredible partner for Eddie Bauer as the brand continues to work toward the goals of its circular business model,” said Kristen Elliott, VP of Marketing at Eddie Bauer. “Not only are we able to bring new and more accessible opportunities to our customers not only offer to kit themselves out for their adventures, but we also ensure that more used gear doesn’t end up in landfills but on the trails where it belongs."
