The Firefighters of the Generalitat have rescued this Sunday from early morning a girl in the sea who couldn’t swim back to the beach. The events have occurred on the beach of the Estació de Badalona (Maresme, Barcelona), where the 22-year-old had decided to take a night swim with some friends.

His companions have been the ones who have alerted the emergency services at 4:36 a.m. when she was out of sight and unable to locate her. Six crews have been activated, including members of the Underwater Special Actions Group (GRAE), who have come to the scene equipped with a boat with spotlight.
At 5:59 a.m. they located the girl, who was attached to a buoy and in good health, despite the fact that with a slight hypothermia. They have also participated in the effective investigation and rescue tasks of Salvamento Marítimo.
