René van der Gijp sees Dyantha Brooks increasingly passing by on SBS 6, but does not understand why she is called a great talent by some. “She’s talking about André Hazes!”
Dyantha Brooks is best known as presenter of Shownieuws, but lately she also regularly appears at the SBS 6 talk show tables. She recently had the opportunity to sit in the chair of Oranjezomer presenter Thomas van Groningen, but became nervous and gave the place back quickly. Is she such a large TV talent?
Gijp takes out
Not really, says René van der Gijp. He doesn’t seem to be charmed by Dyantha. “That girl from Shownieuws, Dyantha Huppeldepup, everyone says that it is a great talent. He seems to be a great talent, but for the time being she is talking about where André Hazes lives, you don’t have to be a great talent for that.”
He continues in his podcast: “You have to be a great talent to move Klaas Dijkhoff to something or … then you have to have talent. For example, the talent of Matthijs van Nieuwkerk.”
“I say nothing!”
You don’t need a talent for some Dutch people, says Gijp. How does he find her at the talk show table of the Oranjezomer?
Mwoah, says Gijp. He also points out that she does not stand up for her fired Shownieuws colleague Manuel Venderbos at all. “A boy I don’t know by name, he can’t present Shownieuws anymore. That Dyantha turned around very much, because she couldn’t say anything about it, she couldn’t say anything about it. But it is not essentially about anything!”
Crop maker
In his podcast, Gijp always screams for Victor Vlam, who is regularly a guest in the Oranjezomer. “They are of all times: people who believe in themselves. They are of all times. I mention only one of ten years ago: Prem. Pressure maker, many self -confidence. Now there are many. Prem was still a man of age, of which you thought: ok, he is a lawyer.”
“But Victor Vlam is just born and he suddenly shouts on TV that he has a huge scab at Femke Halsema, and before you know it you are in every program!”
