The incident occurred on August 28 around 4 a.m. at an apartment in Voorhavenlaan in the Ostend Vuurtorenwijk. A 17-year-old boy suffered life-threatening injuries in the shooting. The victim was taken to hospital in critical condition, but was quickly out of danger.
