The American streaming service Netflix must pay a fine of 4.75 million euros in the Netherlands. This was announced by the Dutch privacy watchdog. The Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP) ruled that the company did not provide its customers with sufficient information about what it does with their data. Netflix has already appealed the fine.
