Dutch people in Dubai among explosions, impacts and plumes of smoke: ‘There was a loud bang, then I had blood on my clothes’

For the second day in a row, multiple explosions were heard in the Dubai area. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued color code orange as new travel advice for the United Arab Emirates, as well as for Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait and Qatar. Dutch people in Dubai are in fear and uncertainty.
