The Dutch environmental organization Milieudefensie is starting a new climate right case against the oil company Shell. Director Donald Pols of the environmental organization announced this on Tuesday at a press conference. “We demand that Shell immediately stops developing new oil and gas fields,” said Pols. “As a society, we can no longer accept that a company like Shell determines our future.”
