Two people on a scooter were seriously injured on Saturday night in a collision at the intersection of Tramsingel and Lunetstraat in Breda. After the collision, the driver of the car continued driving.
Emergency services came en masse to the Tramsingel. The intersection was completely closed so that emergency responders could do their work safely. The police started an extensive criminal investigation.
The two injured people were taken to hospital in an ambulance. The police are looking for the hit-and-run driver.
