The collision happened last Thursday around 2:30 PM on the Nieuwe Schermerweg in Alkmaar. At the intersection with Edisonweg, a driver of a black BMW collided with a person in a mobility scooter and then fled the scene.
The victim was injured. The police are investigating the traffic accident and are looking for witnesses with more information.
