Paul is an irrelevant personlike most of humanity, and, like many, he worries about it. Biology teacher, unable to capture the attention of his students and not even to make his daughters look up from their cell phones.
It would seem condemned to pariah status for this time, public non-existence, if it did not begin to appearing in the dreams of family members, ex-girlfriends and finally strangers. Just brief cameos at first, but it’s a crescendo.

The director of Sick of Myself reminds us that the search for one’s place in the world does not consist in finding the best mirrorbut it goes even further: by choosing Nicolas Cage, actor of over 100 films, including several involuntary self-parodies, he finds patient zero of a truly possible (only dreamlike?) epidemic.
