A few dozen people have action -feeding tonight at the station in Assen against the war in Gaza. Armed with pots and pans, noise was made.
In addition, pro-Palestinian slogans were called. Some protesters had taken Palestinian flags.
The promotion in Assen is part of a larger national promotion. Tonight in The Hague, for example, at least three hundred people were demonstrating in the hall of Central Station and at Leiden, more than a hundred people made noise. In Amersfoort there is also about a hundred demonstrators at the station. Among other things, they are channeling pro-Palestinian slogans.
