Globally, only 54% of the schools receive favorable advice. Striking: the number of schools with a thick tube has doubled in a year. Why are there so many more schools that don’t get the standard? And what are the pain points in most Flemish schools? HLN asked the new Inspector General Katrien Bonneux.
