Lil Pump, who has long been a Trump supporter, shared a collage of his mugshot next to that of the former president on Instagram. Below that, Pump only commented “Free Trump”, next to an emoji of the USA flag, which also caused a lot of misunderstanding in the comments.

Plies, on the other hand, was more critical. On his X profile (formerly Twitter), he questions the obsession with Trump: “Just something that intrigues me: Why do white men with money worship and praise so much?
