Natalina (Nathalie Guetta) is not feeling well. At first it doesn’t seem like anything serious, but then, after some checks in hospital, the woman ends up in a coma. It appears he had an allergic reaction to a drug. In reality the responsibility lies with the nurse on duty who the administered an overdose of a tranquilizer.
Don Massimo (Raoul Bova) overhears an argument between Doctor Ferretti and Nurse Dalia. He wants to cover up her mistake. Why? Surveillance cameras don’t work. Were the two lovers? A few days later the doctor is killed. He was supposed to get married in a few months. Don Massimo, Cecchini (Nino Frassica) and Diego (Eugenio Mastrandrea) question his girlfriend. It seems that there was no clandestine relationship between Dalia and Ferretti.

It is a dramatic event from the past that binds the two. Dalia and Ferretti’s future wife are arrested. They are the first suspects for the man’s murder. For Massimo, however, something doesn’t add up. Meanwhile, Natalina wakes up from a coma.
Don Matteo 15: Diego takes dance lessons with Caterina Provvedi
Between one clue and another that could lead to a solution to the investigation, Diego takes dance lessons. He learned from his beloved Giulia that on the wedding day she would like to dance all night. However, he completely denies it. Caterina Provvedi suggests he attend a course with her. Diego accepts, without revealing anything to his future wife, who however cannot stand the lies.

Cecchini also hides from his wife that he has deleted it from his computer the novel that, shortly thereafter, he would have to deliver to the publisher. The Marshal tries to make up for his mistake by giving the computer to Andreaa computer technician, who however is out of her mind for Diego: she would do anything to have an appointment with him. He makes a pact with Cecchini that will cause some confusion between Diego and Giulia.
Maria’s mother shows up at the rectory
A woman shows up at the rectory. This is Maria’s mother. He comes from Milan, he would like to patch up with his daughter (whose real name is Beatrice) who ran away to Spoleto. In fact, their relationship was not good at all, and the girl had turned to drugs. Will Beatrice decide to leave Spoleto to move to Milan with the woman? A twist will close the fourth episode of Don Matteo 15.
