On Monday, June 16, the women go to the Czech Republic for the group stage of the European Championship. The matches in the group stage are programmed on 19, 20 and 22 June against Portugal, Montenegro and the Czech Republic respectively. It will be the first tournament among the new American national coach Mike Thibault. Belgium is the title defender at the European Championship. Two years ago they made it in the final of Spain.
