– I have good and somewhat bad news. The good news is that my body is responding well to the medications and treatments. I’m getting better every day, the singer says in the video of her Instagram post.
– The bad news is that it takes a while before I’m in performance condition, because some of the medicines and treatments make me a little dizzy. Of course, I can’t dizzy carry banjos and guitars and others in 12 centimeter high heels. And you know I’m going to wear high heels – not to mention heavy rhinestone outfits, big hair styles and my personality, she adds with a little chuckle right after.

Parton describes itself as an old classic car, so to speak, which after restoration can be better than ever.
– When they lifted the hood of this old junk, they found out that I need to restore my engine and slip my transmission. My oil pan is leaking, my muffler is broken and my shock absorbers and pistons need to be replaced. And surely my spark plugs need to be changed, Parton speaks figuratively.
– Because you know as well as I do that I can’t lose my spark. “I know I’m crazy, but they didn’t mention anything about my mental health,” she continues.
Parton says that the doctors removed a lot of kidney stones from him within a year. The singer has previously spoken to her fans about her kidney stone problems.
– Seriously: my immune and digestive systems went completely haywire over the last couple of years. They are working really hard to rebuild and strengthen them.
Parton emphasizes that he is still working and recording songs, although he is also currently trying to recover from his health problems. However, the singer says she is canceling her Las Vegas concert series due to health concerns.

Parton has previously said that her health problems are related to her husband Carl Dean’s to death. Dean died at the age of 82 in March last year. Now Parton says in her video that spending the first holidays without her husband was hard for her.
– I will always love and miss him. You would be surprised at how much your love and concern meant to me during that time, the singer says.
– My house and porch looked like a botanical garden with all the flowers, and my office looked like a post office with all the cards and letters. So, yes, I thank you from the bottom of my heart; you’ve been a big part of my recovery, she emphasizes.
Concerns about Parton’s health also arose in January, when a concert was organized in honor of the singer’s 80th birthday, in which she did not participate. At the time, Dolly said she wished she had been there. Parton’s spokesperson reassured the media by saying that the star had no intention of attending the concert.
Parton is known, among other things, for his songs Jolene, Coat of Many Colors and Here You Come Again.
