Does Neymar return to FC Barcelona?

At the end of January, World Star Neymar moved from Saudi Arabia back to Brazil to his youth club. Now it could move to Spain again in summer.
It would be a sensational return to his old place of work: According to “The Athletic”, Neymar could soon be back for Barça. The Brazilian superstar is said to flirt with a return to his ex-club in Spain. Even initial discussions about a possible change should apparently already run.
Accordingly, it is checked whether the option can be realized. Transfer expert David Ornstein also said in a question and answer session that the President of FC Barcelona, Joan Laporta, and the consultant of Neymar, Pini Zahavi, would understand. The world star’s consultant is also that of Hansi Flick, who is currently training the Catalans.
Ornstein said: “A lot would have to happen so that this becomes a reality, but it is possible.” At the end of January, the offensive player switched from Al-Hilal in Saudi Arabia to his youth club FC Santos in Brazil. The 33-year-old was trained there. A new transfer to Spain would be the second comeback to an ex-club within one year.
A plus for Neymar: At FC Santos, his working paper runs until June of this year. Barça could then hire the player free of charge. From 2013 to 2017, Neymar celebrated great successes with FC Barcelona. Together with Lionel Messi and Luis Suárez, he formed a famous trio and won the Champions League (2014/15), three times in a row the Spanish trophy (2014/15, 2015/16 and 2016/2017) and became Spanish champion (2014/15 and 2015/16).
