Since this week they have been hanging from lampposts, they stand huge on central islands – election posters. The whole city is again full of party and politician “advertising”. In the last parliamentary elections in 2021, there were more than 100,000 posters.

Even with the repeat election, it will probably not be less. But do they work at all? Do the posters influence voter behavior?

In the last survey, we wanted to know: Are climate stickers punished too lightly?

The result: 20,754 BZ readers (95 percent) voted “Yes”. On the other hand, 1045 readers (5 percent) voted “No”.
