Netflix & chill has become synonymous with a naughty and spicy evening of binge watching. And Bram Moszkowicz is not exactly unfamiliar with this either. “Oh, I do that sometimes.”
It has now become an established term: Netflix and chill, once described by AT5 as ‘chilling with your date that turns into sexual intercourse after a few minutes, while a Netflix film or series plays uninterrupted in the background’. It was discussed last night by the senior experts of Show news.
Netflix & chill
Tooske Ragas is the first to bring it up. “Ooh la la, Patty and I learned something new today.”
Colleague Patty Brard then: “But really. The two of us are so naughty. Do you know what Netflix and chill is?”
Tooske: “Do you ever Netflix and chill, Bram?”
Bram Moszkowicz initially: “Well, Netflix does, but I don’t know what the rest is. Before I say yes to that!”
Evening lounging on the couch
Bart Ettekoven also appears to have no idea. “Isn’t that an evening of lounging on the couch?”
Colleague Iris van Lunenburg: “No, no!”
Patty: “No, it’s more than that! Netflix and chill actually mean: we start with a Netflix movie, you have a date, you watch, and slowly but surely that’s a kind of booty call.”
‘I also do that!’
Then Bram wakes up. “Oh, but I do that sometimes.”
He quickly adds, probably because of the recent closet rumors: “With my girlfriend.”
And Bart? “No, I never do Netflix and chill.”
Patty: “No, me neither.”
Iris sensual: “I’ve heard of it.”
