Just like last season, PSV has seized the Johan Cruijff Scale by beating Ajax in its own Johan Cruijff ArenA. In a sparkling duel, which shot in all directions, it became 3-5 for the team of trainer Ruud van Nistelrooy. The big man on the PSV side was Guus Til, who scored three goals.
