Diplomats leave collective hall during speech by Russian foreign minister to UN

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov’s speech to the United Nations Human Rights Council did not go quite as planned. When the (recorded) speech started, the ambassadors and diplomats of forty states collectively left the room.
