Dione de Graaff travels through France with a caravan of clothing: forty outfits, six pairs of shoes and a stylist who coordinates everything tightly. “Ridiculous! Go to the laundry!”

While the Tour de France is rumbling through France, Dione de Graaff appears evening after evening in the evening stage. Behind her apparent nonchalance, a surprising fashion circus appears to be hidden: it Ad Last week revealed that the NOS presenter took no fewer than forty outfits, transported in a separate truck.

Forty outfits

Her mobile wardrobe also consists of six pairs of shoes, a selection of scarves and belts, and a sewing citizen for emergencies. Stylist Geryanne Katerberg carefully put the wardrobe together before departure, so that Dione does not have to be concerned with clothing stress on location. “With a heat wave there is an airy jumpsuit ready.”

Even the usefulness of wedge heels has been considered: they prevent them from tablishing on French cobblestones and ensuring that she is upright at the table. “On photos a wedge heel can look like a lump, but it doesn’t bother you during moving image.”

Laundry

Tina Nijkamp, who was once as SBS 6 boss on a collision course with the ladies of Hart van Nederland because she wanted to cut back the clothing stylists, believes Dione’s star behavior.

She shouts in her podcast The Media Week: “Then I think: What do you mean? Why does she have forty pieces? Is there no laundry in France there? Can’t you just put your clothes in a drum there in such a shop? I think that’s so strange!”

Thirty men

Dione has to reuse her clothing more often, says Tina. According to her, there is really someone in the team who can walk to the laundry. “She has a make -up artist, that is how production is running, that is a whole team! There are thirty people with it, Dude. Is that one of those producers doing? Don’t you think that is strange?”

She concludes: “Forty pieces of clothing, isn’t it? A whole interview about it with the stylists, how they look for it together. Then I think: what is this about? You can just sit there in jeans and then one day a white blouse and the next day a blue blouse?”
