Deal In the fourth episode, teams are mixed.
Kaptah team will be affected in the future Sedge, Whereby, Tom, Jaana and Arttwhile the risk belongs to Ozo, Lassi, Nina, Jet, Niko and Erika.
It is up to the competitors to organize an adventurous tourist tour in Helsinki. In the tour they have to introduce the sights of Helsinki and make tourists amazed.
First and foremost, competitors need to choose the project manager. In the Kaptah team, everyone but Milla wants to be a project manager. Competitors alternately tell why they should be selected for the job.
Tom’s behavior did not please Sara. Four
Tomi describes to the rest of the group why Arttu would not fit this task as a project manager when Sara opens her mouth.
– Hi, if I could open my verbal coffin as I also expressed my interest. Thanks for this, Sara says a little injured to the rivals.
Sara tells her justification to others, but says that Jaana had better reasoning. Next, competitors vote for the project manager. Jaana votes Tom, while Arttu, Milla, Tomi vote for Jaana.
– Jaana, you have been clearly chosen here … Tomi starts.

Sara describes the situation for cameras.

As the day progresses, Sara and Tom are used by the behavior of each other. Tom thinks Sara’s work is chaotic.
– There’s doing things with a terrible tempo, but you don’t think about what to do. Clear instructions are given, but you still manage to forget the clear instruction in a minute, mocked and have to fix the situation. I find it quite incomprehensible. There are big problems in making Sara, Tomi tells the cameras.
Sara, on the other hand, is disappointed with Tom’s result.
– At the moment, I’m fucked by the fact that Tomi doesn’t really do what his job was. He himself clearly took that he had contacts on the restaurant side. Now, maybe it’s excited about how we do it properly, Sara says.
