The Designer Outlets Wolfsburg are setting new standards for networked customer experiences in stationary retail with innovative digital partnerships. Using its in-house app, the center creates exclusive touchpoints between brands, partners and visitors – thereby establishing itself as a pioneer for a holistically networked shopping experience in the DACH region.
A current example of successful implementation is the recent yoga event in cooperation with OutdoorGym Wolfsburg and Steven Jäger, in which customers were able to register for participation exclusively via the Designer Outlets Wolfsburg app. The project shows how digital tools not only increase visitor frequency, but also offer brands a new stage to make their values tangible.
“Participation was only possible via our Designer Outlets Wolfsburg app – a great example of how we create exclusive on-site experiences through digital solutions,” said the center management in a current LinkedIn post. “Innovative partnerships create added value for everyone involved – for brands, partners and visitors alike.”
In addition to brands such as Rituals, L’Occitane and Villeroy & Boch, which are currently setting new trends in the center, the outlet would like to attract additional partners for innovative, app-supported collaborations in the future. The aim is to use digital solutions to create additional reach and measurable added value for everyone involved – from brands to partners to visitors.
Interested companies can now apply for cooperation and become part of this digital success concept.
