Diesel Pre Fall 2023

Attitude for every single day – Diesel’s Pre-Fall 2023 collection presents unconventional and understated pieces that are made to be worn around the world. With a focus on denim, pop, utility and wearability, the collection invites experimentation.

“My focus for this collection is real, everyday fashion. It’s about the garments that can be found in our stores, with the sass and charm that Diesel is known for. The pieces have their own personality – when you see them you just know they’re from our Diesel universe,” says Glenn Martens, Creative Director of Diesel.

It’s all in the details: That’s why the images of the collection were shot in front of a screen where the details can be seen live. Get a first look at a shrunken t-shirt printed inside out with a Diesel Jacron logo, jeans and underwear designed to look like faded denim, and the D-shaped buckle on a wide metal belt .

Denim track tops woven like jersey, hooded sweaters and sweatpants, but also denim jeans with moto details, as well as bootcuts and slits are represented in the collection. In addition, Diesel presents jeans that are pulled inside out or that do not appear to have a waistband.

There are countless varieties of denim, such as sleeveless slim denim dresses that zip up the front from neck to hem, long denim skirts, jeans with side zips, as well as denim mini skirts and jeans with a patchwork D across the buttocks. With these pieces, Diesel is underscoring its commitment to sustainability through more responsible fabrics, gentler treatments and a new circular project that uses the brand’s denim waste into new fabrics.

Tailoring is interpreted in a manner typical of Diesel, such as bootcut pants that are gray back and black front with snap buttons, and a black and gray tailored moto jacket front and back. There are also tailored tank dresses that zip up the front and soft-tailored two-tone jackets and pants that slip over a zip-up track top, with a metallic D logo revealing the skin underneath.

Black cargo bombers and pants are pumped in size, while white cargo pants play around the leg and zip at the ankle. Double-layer hoodies and t-shirts are worked to reveal the layer underneath, while jeans and trousers have a layer that appears to be peeling off.

Metallic knit vests have a D on the chest, while metallic finish knit wrap skirts are held together by a D buckle. The Diesel monogram is featured in a metallic print on a yellow knit sweater and skirt; Smock denim knits have an all-over texture in tops and mini skirts, and acid-finish cable knits make their way into slim tops and floor-length cardigans.

An image of the globe, taken from the perspective of space, is printed on slip dresses and padded hoodies and on a jersey-sleeved kaftan, while world maps are featured as graphic details on long-sleeved t-shirts. An acid-effect floral print is featured on dresses, kaftans and a padded cropped jacket, and an oversized white D is printed on the back of black hoodies and jogging pants.

Crafted in quilted denim, the new CHARM-D bag is made without leather parts and features charms that can also be worn as a necklace.

Crafted in quilted denim, the new CHARM-D bag is made without leather parts and features charms that can also be worn as a necklace. The D-IVINA bag comes in very large or very small measurements, while the 1DR bag is made micro-sized or even turned into a small charm that can be attached to a belt. The 1DR-POD accessories sit on the back or wrap around the front.

Pointed heeled boots feature a metallic D; Denim mules with a convenient pocket are the hero’s shoe. Chunky boots have a metallic D across the toe, as if the toe reinforcement is on the outside.

As for the sneakers, the Prototype P1 looks like the molded sole wraps around the whole shoe. The SERENDIPITY PRO X1 reinvigorates the classic Diesel sneaker, while the PROTOTYPE and PROTOTYPE CR come in new colors.

Pieces from the Diesel Eyewear collection, a special collaboration with Luxottica, appear in all styles – from classic models like the aviator to the wraparound with double wired temples ending in a micro-D.
