Officially, SLC Fashion LLC, backed by Combs, took over the brand, beating United Ventures LLC’s offer for $ 7.5 million.
Combs acquired its majority stake in Sean John in Global Brands Group Holding Ltd. in 2016. sold, a holding company specializing in clothing lines for celebrities. After filing Chapter 11 bankruptcy in July, Global Brands Group put the Sean John brand up for auction along with other assets.
