Maria Veitola has singer Benjamin Peltonen and his spouse as guests in her program Joni Kujansuu at home in Espoo.
Benjamin, who originally became famous on Instagram, recalls how in the early stages of his career as an artist, the practices of the industry were unknown.
At the beginning of his career, Benjamin did not sign a recording contract, but he signed a contract with Management.
– We went to meetings with mom and dad, we didn’t know anything about percentages or any other stuff, says Benjamin.
Diandra was Benjamin’s first artist friend. Diandra had once asked Benjamin if he was making good money from gigs.
– I asked if I could get money from the gigs.

Diandra replied that gigs are the artist’s main source of income.
– I replied that what, I have never received any money. All the money had gone to the management, I didn’t even know about it.
