Belgrade (dpa) – The Diamond League of athletics will also take place without athletes from Russia and Belarus until further notice.
This was decided by the General Assembly of the competition in Belgrade in response to Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. After the doping offenses of the past, Russian athletes had previously competed as neutral athletes. The Diamond League meetings will be held in 14 cities and on four continents in 2022.
