Eintracht Braunschweig is forced to change at the guest appearance in Regensburg. A professional already received a starting element from coach Daniel Schering.
Eintracht Braunschweig is very close to the goal of the season: the relegation in the 2nd Bundesliga is tangible after three wins in series. On Saturday it will be at the bottom of Jahn Regensburg (kick -off 1 p.m.) for the next important three points. On paper, after the three promotion aspirants in the past games, this is the supposedly easiest task.
Coach Daniel Schering does not want to know anything about that. “We must not make the mistake and think that we drive to the bottom of the table and win there, but we drive to the table of the home table,” said the BTSV coach at the press conference on Friday with reference to the recently strong record of the Jahn in front of a native backdrop. Regensburg no longer lost five games in a row in its own stadium.
In the situation of underestimating teams, one is not, according to Scherning. Especially: in Lino Tempelmann, Paul Jaeckel and Leon Bell Bell, three players are missing yellow. Scherning is forced to change.
With regard to his considerations, the trainer had a little look at the cards. So he expressed a starting element. This had been replaced against the 1st FC Kaiserslautern (2-0) in the previous week for the first time since his illness -related failure. “He will play for Leon,” revealed Scherning.
And: “There are considerations to adapt other things again because we are facing a completely different game than the past few weeks,” said the coach. “One or the other change could do us well again.”
However, the Eintracht trainer did not yet have become. He had not yet made the decision. He will only fell this after the final training session on Friday.
Regardless of the staff, Scherning is optimistic about the duel in Regensburg. “We are in a good phase and currently have a wide chest,” he said. “That is why we go into the game with a lot of confidence and confidence.”
With a win, the remaining league would almost be secured shortly before the end of the season. Eintracht is currently five points ahead of relegation place 16 and Prussia Münster. Up to a direct relegation zone, there are even seven points.
