A draft of the away jersey for the 2026 World Cup in North America has become known. The color scheme surprises.
The ticket for the 2026 World Cup has not yet been solved, there is already speculation about the design of the jerseys of the German national team. After the failed start against Slovakia (0: 2), the victory against Northern Ireland gives at least reason to hope to be there next year.
Apparently supplier Adidas relies on participation. As the “Footy Headlines” portal reports, the design for an away jersey has already been leaked. This comes with a surprise: not pink, not green, not white, but a dark blue coloring can be seen in pictures that were sent to the portal. The Vietnamese football blogger Chuyện ấ ấu showed a photo montage on his Facebook page in which he has already overturned the jersey.
The logos are kept in white, MINT is used as a further color. This can be seen in a zigzag pattern, for example. All colors are also used on the sleeves. The logo of the supplier is the Treffoil logo, so far the performance logo has been used. There is still no official confirmation from the DFB or Adidas. The jersey is said to be available in stores from March 2026, reports “Footy Headlines”.
With the jersey for the 2026 World Cup, an era for the sporting goods manufacturer from Herzogenaurach also ends. Because from 2027, competitor Nike will be the official supplier of the DFB.
