The sports court of the German Football Association closed Filippo Mane from the Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund after his red card for a championship game.

The BVB Youngster was off the pitch on Saturday in the Bundesliga away game at FC St. Pauli (3: 3) due to an emergency brake.

Paul Nebel from league competitor FSV Mainz 05 was also blocked – the offensive player has to expose for two games. In addition, like Mane, he must not participate in further championship games of his club until the lock expires.

Mane was expelled in the 85th minute of the game in Hamburg by referee Matthias Jöllenbeck of the field. The youngster benefited from the sentence that Pauli player Danel Sinani had transformed the due penalty.

Nebel also saw the red card in the 60th minute in the game against 1. FC Köln (0: 1), and the U21 international also committed an emergency brake.
