The two passenger cars crashed around 9:15 p.m. at the intersection with traffic lights on the west side of Huizen.
A police spokesperson cannot say at this time what exactly happened, but photos show that the cars collided head-on. The road is littered with debris and the cars appear to be total losses.
Hit again
Several police cars and ambulances responded to the report, but it is unknown whether the drivers were taken to hospital. At the end of the evening the police investigation was completed.
This is not the first time a hit has occurred at this intersection. In November last year four cars collided. The damage was extensive and several people were injured.
