Two people were injured in an accident on the Ringbaan-Zuid in Tilburg on Tuesday evening just after half past ten. It concerns the driver and his co-driver who, for unknown reasons, skidded their car. The car lost a wheel in the accident and ended up upside down on the road via the median.
This resulted in enormous havoc. For example, the car hit a lamppost in the median that broke off.
According to our 112 correspondent, the injured managed to get out of the car themselves. They were then taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
Debris on the road
After the accident, debris, pollen, grass and glass lay all over the roadway on the Ringbaan-Zuid. As far as is known, no other road users were involved in the accident.
