Devastating earthquake in Philippines claims at least nineteen lives: ‘I could barely stand on my legs’

At least nineteen people have been killed after a magnitude 7.8 earthquake struck the southern Philippines. The earthquake, which occurred Monday morning, prompted tsunami warnings in the Philippines, Indonesia, Japan and Australia. Some of these warnings were withdrawn several hours later.
