Deutsche Börse share gains: Deutsche Börse buys Luxembourg fund data manager Kneip

As the stock exchange operator announced, the group is acquiring the fund data specialist Kneip Communication SA and intends to expand its range of data services. As part of the transaction, the DAX group will acquire 100 percent of the shares in the Luxembourg fund data manager. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of March this year. Further details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
