Never in the history of the NBA has a team been able to overcome a series of ‘playoffs’ after losing 0-3 and the Warriors are one game away from playing in the NBA Finals again.

Curry surpassed 30 points for the 47th time in his career in the ‘playoffs’ and he showed the way to his team, supported by the 27 of a Wiggins who sealed a tremendous kill with one hand over Doncic that put the victory downhill in the fourth period, when the Mavs gave everything in search of the comeback.

Doncic beats Nowitzki

The Warriors foiled a new monumental offensive performance by Doncicwho already has eight games in the ‘playoffs’ with more than forty points and left behind the mark of German Dirk Nowitzkilegend of the Mavs, present in the stadium.

However, Nowitzki recorded six wins and a single loss when he broke that barrier, while Doncic has a balance of 2-6.

Doncic and Curry soon became protagonists leading their respective teams, in a good start for the Warriors, who had an early lead of twelve points at 19-7before the Slovenian raised his voice and helped cut the margin to three units at the end of the first period, with a wonderful triple at the buzzer.

The Mavs, pushed by their fans, completed their comeback with a strong start in the second quarter (16-6) to take a 38-31 lead, but at that moment Curry reappeared with some forceful tripless that allowed the Warriors to reach halftime leaders, with a 48-47 in the light.

Curry kicks off the festival

Steph already had three triples at the break, while in the Mavs Doncic added fifteen with seven reboundssupported by the twelve of Jalen Brunson and the eleven of Spencer Dinwiddie.

Steve Kerr’s team built their wins against the Mavs with some brilliant third periods and the story did not change at the American Airlines Center, with another partial of 30-21 to the rhythm of Curry.

He signed another eleven points, with two of three in triples, against some Mavericks in which Doncic only had a two of five shots and the Warriors increased their margin to 78-68.

Also valuable was the contribution of Draymond Greenwho despite having foul problems, already four in the third periodscored four points and distributed three excellent assists in the period.

Wiggins shows his power

Doncic gave it his all trying to avoid the Mavericks’ defeat, but the Warriors responded to his great offensive plays with three-pointers from Curry and Thompson, and with a Wiggins who gave the image of the night.

He hit a tremendous dunk over Doncic that left the American Airlines Center speechless and that kept the ten point margin (93-83).

Doncic reached forty points with some masterful plays and gave Dinwiddie the assist for the 3-pointer 99-104 that gave his team hope, but seconds later it was Poole who hit the three-point shot that would seal the match.

Ahead 3-0 in the series, The Warriors will play Dallas on Tuesday. with the possibility of sentencing the series and sealing the ticket for the Finals, against the winner of the Boston Celtics-Miami Heat.
