The new Depeche Mode album MEMENTO MORI (release: Friday, March 24th) has been keeping the fan community busy for months: for several months now, in anticipation of the new work by Dave Gahan and Martin Gore, facts, Photos and videos shared.

The Facebook group Ultra Depeche Mode has now posted a memorial to be included in the album credits, obituary style: “ANDREW JOHN FLETCHER – 1961 – 2022. In our HEARTS and MINDS. Dave & Martin” is written there in white on black.

Depeche Mode: Fan bus drives through Germany

For the release of their new album, DM also let their pop-up bus go on a tour of Germany. Fans can shop for the band’s merch and music items on eight dates. Including the current MUSIKEXPRESS issue including the exclusive vinyl single of “Ghost Again”.

Release shows in Berlin

On March 24th and the following days there will also be release parties all over Germany – on the day of the release itself, among other places in Berlin in the Palais in the Kulturbrauerei, organized by the “Depeche Mode Lounge Berlin” in cooperation with Sony Music. Musical support in the evening will be provided by DJ Psycho Jones and DJ Wilco. The continent is enough for a total of 500 guests. Purchasing a ticket involves a competition, and there will also be exclusive raffles at the event. All information is available on the organizers’ Facebook page.

In May and June, the Brits will come to Germany for a total of eight concerts during the album tour. They appear in Leipzig, Frankfurt am Main, Munich, Berlin and Düsseldorf.
