Dentis Dental Clinic | News

This imposing work aimed at oral health is located in the northern area of the city of Córdoba. It is a new clinic for a renowned private dentistry company.

The project is developed on two floors. It has a total of 10 offices complemented on each floor with sterilization rooms, X-ray rooms, management offices, reception and waiting rooms on both floors.

“In the main entrance on the ground floor, users find a double height that houses the waiting room and reception. From this space you can see the waiting room on the upper floor, both rooms are equipped with furniture that, accompanied due to abundant vegetation, they follow the latest trend of organic style.” tells us the architect Lucía Vucovich, responsible for the design of this project.

The accesses to care areas are made through mechanized glass doors, there are the offices and complementary spaces, which are all glazed, which provides a greater sensation of spaciousness and integrity.

All environments were designed with colors in the dark gray range, including the ceiling to further highlight the state-of-the-art dental equipment that was chosen in white in search of a marked contrast.

The upper floor waiting room is an integrated space next to a non-accessible terrace with natural vegetation, which can be seen from both levels.

“For the construction system, plasterboard dividing walls were used, as were the ceilings with painted finishes and wood-like coatings in combination with porcelain tiles with large shiny pieces,” summarizes the architect Ángel Vucovich in charge of directing the works.

Regarding lighting, general warm LED lights in different formats were proposed in all common sectors, which seeks to generate cozy and relaxing atmospheres. In the waiting room, hanging artifacts at different heights finish off together with a work of art, the large glazed corner that characterizes this building so much. The circulation spaces are highlighted through linear artifacts embedded in the ceiling, accompanying the patients on their journey through the clinic. And finally, in the offices, sterilization rooms and X-ray rooms, cold light panels were used, since it encourages concentration and improves visibility conditions for professionals.
