Basketball world champion Dennis Schröder and the Detroit Pistons are in the NBA playoffs before the early.

The pistons lost the fourth game of the first round series against the New York Knicks dramatically at the last minute with 93:94 (43:50). In the best-of-Seven series, it is now 1: 3 from the perspective of the pistons. The Knicks still lack a win, and the team also has the home advantage.

Cunningham between genius and carelessness

After the break, Detroit dominated the first half by Jalen Brunson (32 points) and Karl-Anthony Towns (27) and was up to 16 points ahead. In the third quarter the pistons turned the game. Cade Cunningham in particular now picked up speed, scored most of his 25 points after the break, and with ten rebounds and assists, he also booked a so -called triple double. However, the 23-year-old also made seven ball losses.

Schröder was able to set little by the bank offensive (six points, two assists), but showed a snappy defensive and won three balls, among other things.

Schröder did not keep an eye on the clock – eleven points played out

Shortly before the end of the third quarter, he gave two points lightly because he did not have an eye on the clock after winning the ball. In the end, this should take revenge, Detroit did not bring the lead in the final quarter to eleven points. In the last minute, New York turned the game through a threesome from Towns. In a wild final sequence, the pistons no longer found an answer.
