Charity auction with Dennis Schröder: The castle arcades offer an original and signed jersey for sale. The proceeds go to a Braunschweig organization.

An original, signed jersey of the NBA star and basketball world champion Dennis Schröder is currently auctioned for a good cause. In cooperation with Schröder, the Braunschweig castle arcades offer the jersey of the Detroit Pistons in favor of the Braunschweig table. This is committed to the needy in the region.

Interested parties can send their bid by direct message. The highest bid is awarded. The auction ends on Wednesday, June 25th, at 4 p.m.
The symbolic handover of the “special collector’s piece”, as the castle arcades call it, takes place a day later: On Thursday, June 26, at 6 p.m. at the Meet & Greet with Dennis Schröder in the pop-up store in the Braunschweig castle arcades. Read more about this here.

The Braunschweiger Tafel was launched in June 1996 as a non -profit organization. Since then, around 160 volunteers have been committed to passing on to people in need and social institutions donated daily. In this way, around 2,200 citizens in Braunschweig receive support with food.

Basketball star Schröder is regularly involved in various projects in his hometown. In addition to the short-term pop-up store in the castle arcades, he is about a majority shareholder at the Basketball Löwen Braunschweig. The Pistons’ NBA professional also regularly flirted with a return to the Löwenstadt. “My fixed project is still to play for Braunschweig again at the end of my career,” he only said in February about the “Sport Bild”. “To become a German champion with the lions – that’s a big dream of mine.”
