Demir: “No decision has been made yet about a solution for Oosterweel”

It is still too early to say that an adjustment of the soil decree is the route that the Flemish government wants to take to save the Oosterweel works, after the works have been partially halted again by a judgment of the Council of State. That is what the cabinet of Minister of Environment Zuhal Demir (N-VA) says. “No decisions have been made yet, the legal analysis is still being worked on,” it reads.
