In most cases, the work of police officers is full of exciting jobs. From accidents, fires to spectacular home invasions. But every now and then the police also receive reports from another exciting category. For example, the police officers of the Reeshof district in Tilburg received a report of a found ‘body of a woman without a head in a sleeping bag’.
“At that moment, the alarm bells go off for us. We don’t often get reports like that, but that’s what our local police officers will do. After all, you never know. We may be dealing with a real death,” says a police spokesperson.
Along the way, all sorts of things were going through the minds of the local police officers, the police spokesperson said. When the police officers arrived at the Nieuwe Rielseweg in Goirle, it turned out to be very different exciting things. The police did not find a body in the sleeping bag, but a sex doll.
“Because we are followed by many young people on Instagram, we blurted out certain body parts,” says the police spokesperson. “These types of dumps don’t happen often. Maybe the owner was ready for something else and dumped this doll.”
If the owner regrets dumping the doll, it can still be retrieved at the police station.
