With heavy, sudden floods in the US state of Texas, at least 68 people were killed, including at least 21 children. Local rescue workers search with man and power for 27 girls from a summer camp, but the chance to find survivors is shrinking by the minute. The governor of the state, Greg Abbott, expands the state of emergency and asks President Donald Trump for extra federal means. It is feared that the death toll will rise even further.
