Death driver Falzone grilled about video he shared for carnival drama in Strépy: “Just wanted to accelerate”

Paolo Falzone, the driver of the BMW that crashed into a group of carnival attendees in Strépy-Bracquegnies on the night of March 19 to 20, 2022, has answered questions in the Hainaut court of assizes about a video he shared on social media before the collision. It showed how he raced through the built-up area at a speed of 170 kilometers per hour. Seven people were killed in the tragedy.
