According to King Willem-Alexander, the much-discussed excessive violence of the police in Kenya in protests last year is partly due to a lack of training among agents. During the state visit to the country, the king saw goodwill to build a healthy rule of law. He is behind the choice to travel to the country with Queen Máxima, he told the press on Thursday.
